This video was a big internet sensation a few years ago. I’m guessing the artist used screencasting technology.

I agree it seems like a screen cast, you can see all the Adobe brush stroke window in some of the frames. Who ever did it did a nice job.

I love that Sesame St clip, I almost posted it as one of my resources this week but went for the 1987 library work out instead.
