This is a good article in the ABA Journal about now 2.0 movement has not caught on in the law field. Which is somewhat true, but there are some many good blogs about lawyers (Public Defender Dude), it makes me wonder if the Law 2.0 is just lagging a bit back...

I've been a reader of blogs for many years. I guess you could say that I was, and continue to be, for the most part a lurker. I read certin blogs everyday, and rarely, rarely leave comments. Yet, I managed to feel a passive connection to the blogger. Even if said blogger has no idea that I exist. How do you think blogging will contribute to your learning in this class?
Frequent blogging will provide increased comfort communicating in this medium. After 17 weeks, we will be expert bloggers and understand what makes good blogs and what makes bad blogs. Having students focus here instead of the blackboard site seems to be a great way to accomplish the goal of this class.
