London Opportunity
Greetings from sunny (but very windy) London!
It's a wee while off, but I thought it might be an extra motivation for some of you to know that I will be giving an informal talk about the course to Cilip in London (Cilip is the UK's library association) in April, and would ideally like to highlight the new social software ideas you implement as a result of the course:

One of the reasons I like work-based blogging is that it allows my organisation to speak, everyday, world-wide, and this could be an ideal opportunity for any of you to get your URL out to interested people in the UK - Cilip in London event-goers come from all sectors of the profession and beyond (researchers, social scientists, etc.).
If you want your new ventures to be included, just add a comment, with a link to your URL and a bit of blurb I can use - ideally on how the course led to your implementing your idea (that way I can be sure I've picked up all the interested people's blog, wikis, and bookmarking sites). I will get in touch with interested parties individually nearer the time.
Looking forward to hearing about / seeing all your fresh ideas, and to AIMing you in week 1.
Anne
