Change to Chat Time

Hi guys,

 I'm really sorry, but I'm going to have to pull my chat time forward on Tuesday 13 February, because of a meeting that's just been scheduled and which I cannot miss : (

New time is: Tuesday 13 February 4pm GMT (11am EST)

I've updated the wiki accordingly.

If any of you had scheduled around the original time and cannot reschedule, I'm really sorry. I'm around Mon-Weds next week, but out of the office Thurs-Fri, if you need to get in touch.
